my lovely friend coley sent me an invite to rent the runway today - not sure if/when i’ll ever use it, but it’s kind of a brilliant idea. rent a designer dress for four to eight days & then return it - as long as you’re not skeeved out about wearing something someone else has already worn. (but if you’ve ever worked retail, you already know that returns go back out on the floor all the time.)
and it’s fun to look at all the pretty dresses.
i tried to explain why something like this would even exist to the bf, but the only explanation that i could come up with in the end was “i dunno dude, girls are weird.”
(that being said, let me know if you want an invite!)
